JPShoes were great. Always good quality and comfortable. I've been wearing skate shoes for 25+ years and their product still stands with the rest in my opinion but... Their customer service is trash. I made a small size mistake on my order and realized it after buying, seconds after the order was placed I emailed to get the size changed and they couldnt do it because their system is "automated" and once it's done it's done basically... Sat in warehouse 2 weeks before it even started making it's way to me. Because of this I will not be buying their product anymore...I mean... I ain't noone .. just one customer...I don't think my decision will change the course of their business... But I won't spend my money with them anymore
Got the gray and blue ones, such a GREAT looking shoe. I wear size 9, got 9.5 and they fit just perfect. Very glad this one’s are synthetic too! Thank you, éS
